Valentine's Day is Around the Corner

Hello everyone! Now that Christmas is over, the next card-giving holiday is Valentine's Day. Below is one of my first love-themed cards of the year. I made this for a challenge on Splitcoaststampers in which we create a card drawing inspiration from another stamper. My card is inspired by THIS card, but with a Valentine's Day spin. I hope you enjoy it! :-)

Nuts 4 U

Happy New Year!! I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. My DH got me a Silhouette digital cutter. Yay!! Below is a card I made using my new toy. I entered into a challenge to make a card inspired by something from Stephen Joseph Gifts. Below is the card. Isn't he cute?

Updated 2/18 - I have made the cut file for the robot and nuts available. On the right of the blog, click on Robots and Nuts under the Free Silhouette Cut Files. The link will take you to a Google docs page where you can download the file. You must have Silhouette Studio to open the file. I hope you enjoy it!

Gift Card Holders

I wish I could take full credit for the following projects because they are soooo coooool! However, I have to give credit to a couple other stampers that I CASEd from the Splitcoast Stampers web site. The top of the "present" pulls out and turns into a gift card holder. Pretty cool, huh!?!

More Christmas Cards!!

There's nothing like beautifully wrapped presents under the tree. I cut all of the gifts from Martha Stewart Christmas paper. In fact, I used a lot of MS products for this. The punch and the glitter are both from MS! Thanks, Martha! Some dimensional stickers helped pop out some of the presents so they looked like they're farther from the tree.
I love heat embossing. The snowflake stamp is a set from Stampin' Up's celebration set a few years ago. I used red embossing powder on it. The punch is another MS product.

I haven't made a card in a looooong time! I came across a card challenge to make a card using browns. Hope you enjoy it.

Oh, Suzani!

This card was created for another inspiration challenge over at Splitcoast Stampers. I love the inspiration challenges. Today, we were to create something inspired by products from World Market, which I love!! I chose to model my card after this Suzani throw pillow:
